Washington Crossing Cherry #C;ATH11072

$ 49.00

I made this pen from a cherry tree growing at Washington Crossing  the site where Washington’s men, crossed the dangerous ice filled Delaware river on that famous Christmas night, in preparation for the successful surprise attack in the 1st Battle of Trenton. This led to the Ten Crucial Days that rekindled the struggle of the failing American Revolution.

This pen is a dark cherry wood red with a patch of dark gray at the top just above a hole in the wood that I filled with a bluish peace of mother of pearl.
