American Revolution Tadpole Pen
This pen is made from a sycamore tree growing along the Assunpink Creek that served as Washington’s defense and the frontline in the Second Battle of Trenton. This battle was not only important in the “ten crucial days,” but also, the site of perhaps the most important reenlistment of the war for independence. Nature appears to have embossed a tadpole in this pen. I also see, what appears to be, a duck head emerging from the surface of the water.
Kim in FL commented – “Beautiful workmanship! Impressive quality! I cannot begin to express how wonderful this pen is! A gifted seller, no doubt! Thank you”
